"Yes - thank you for asking. On the outside the Jameson Hotel LOOKS like it is upscale, but it really isn't. So I think we were expecting too much. For example, there was no coffeemaker in the room. That has become fundamental for us in all the other hotels we have stayed in. Plus, when we went downstairs to get coffee/tea when we arrived after a long trip, the coffee/tea in the carafes in the lobby was cool. They told us to heat it up in the microwave in the lobby. No refrigerator in the room either. Plus, there was no literature in the room explaining what the amenities were - couldn't beleive that a chain like Marriott wouldn't provide brochures or booklets explaining what they offered. Some of the staff were very nice, but others seemed harried and when we asked questions they were obviously annoyed at our intrusion. We had stayed at an EconoLodge the night before, and they had it all over the Jameson."
